Butcher outfits around the country have been reaching out to us for large custom cutting surfaces. We have done some of that work one board at a time. What we wanted was to build the massive surface once and make it something anyone can order, sized to drop onto a standard 30 inch table.
Six feet long and 30 inches deep. Enough to lay a whole deer out at once instead of working a quarter at a time and stacking the rest. A surface that size in one piece is a freight problem, so this one is three panels that puzzle-lock into one flat working surface and pull apart when you are done. It stores against a wall, each panel washes on its own, and it ships free.
The puzzle cut is not capped at six feet. Panels keep locking together, so the same surface runs out to eight feet or longer. If you run an outfit that needs more than six, get in touch and we will build it.
HDPE is what the shops cut on. It holds no blood, no odor and no bacteria.

Care & cleaning
Pull the panels apart and wash them separately. Soap and water, or hose them off outside. Non-porous, so nothing soaks in.
